Jack's Old Fashioned Hamburger House

“Burgers are giant” “Burgers are giant”  The burgers are nicely done & large it's giant! Off the beaten path. Go for the burgers, I don't recommend the salads. The atmosphere is super casual take out. There are seats if you want to stay and eat. Pompano Beach: Jack's Old Fashioned Hamburger House

Blue Ginger

“Wilted Cucumbers!” “Wilted Cucumbers!”  They seated us next to the kitchen door & "clean up station" it was the middle of the day & there were many seats.  We eat a lot of sushi & these had great potential if only the veggies in the rolls were fresher. The presentation was good and the location is very nice. I'll give them one more chance since they get good reviews.  It wasn't terrible just average. Pembroke Pines: Blue Ginger

Hampton Inn Suites Atlanta

“Nice, Quite & Unexpected” Nice, Quite & Unexpected, such a great location just walk across the street & you have, shopping, movies, and banking. Even closer is Starbucks and This Is It (southern food). It was just an overnight stay, clean comfortable and no problem. Great, great, great location if you want the option to walk to EVERYTHING!!! East Point: Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport West/Camp Creek Pkwy

Wyndham Grand Jupiter Harbourside Place

“Great Atmosphere” “Great Atmosphere”  The hotel is beautiful. Nice easy going atmosphere. You can even get some music and dancing. I especially loved that it is "part of" the plaza. You can just walk out and the parking lot is across the street and so is the harbor.  In any direction you go you're just steps away form a burger shop, restaurant or coffee shop. Boutiques and art galleries are also close by. Great for travel with kids or business. We had 2 rooms with great views: one of the harbor and the other of the plaza shops with stage area in view so we could hear/see the band when they played. All the rooms will not have this view based on the layout of the building. What I didn't like was the handling of payment, they actually double charged us and made excuses and then refunded one of the charges. (My friend and I did not check in together they held everything on her card and even after long conversation as to how the reservation was handled they no...

Harbourside Place

“Great Package” “Great Package”  Hotel, shopping and food without getting in the car is a treat! Parking is just across the street and is covered with the room key at check out! Jupiter: Harbourside Place

Painting with a Twist

“Great Way to Spend An Evening” Great way to spend an evening with friends or as a celebration event. Definitely a unique and fun creative time. Price was $45 at our location for the Buda painting. Everyone can bring a little snack item to share or the host can cover snacks/food. That seems to be optional.  Music was provided I do believe.  All the painting supplies, instruction, canvas and aprons are included in the price.  You go home with your beautiful masterpiece.  You all do the same painting but no 2 look the same! This is the one I did, can't wait for another opportunity to host or attend Painting with a twist again. Fort Lauderdale: Painting with a Twist

Jungle Queen Riverboat

“Get the feeling of  getting away” “Get the feeling of getting away” It's been many years, however I've gone on the Jungle Queen many times. I'm sure it may have changed a bit. One of the cool things to do downtown Florida. Another great way to spend some family time.  Get away without going too far nice combination of food, land & water. Fort Lauderdale: Jungle Queen Riverboat

Las Olas Boulevard

"Nice Evening Out” "Nice Evening Out”  Laid back and nice to stroll and pass some weekend hours. Fudge, frozen yogart, dinner (lots of options), dancing, art stores, wearable art. Great family atmosphere you can't go wrong. By the way you'll be just a few minutes from the beach! Fort Lauderdale: Las Olas Boulevard

Fort Lauderdale: Mangos

“Great Atmosphere, Food & Music” Great Atmosphere, Food & Music. We go often the food is good & nice options. The crab soup was perfect. The bands are mostly good kinda 80s 90s. That's probably only on the weekends so check to make sure of the schedule if you're expecting some live entertainment. Of course there's the rest of the Las Olas strip to enjoy from dessert to art stores it's pretty cool. Fort Lauderdale: Mangos

Hilton San Francisco Union Square

“Great Location ” “Great Location ” The location is awesome you can get out take a walk have breakfast, shopping and access transportation etc. Starbucks in every direction. We were on the 19th floor with a view of the pool and hot tub.  The room was quite clean and the bathroom was small but very comfortable and modern. Beds, full as opposed to queen for double occupancy.  A little compact but nicely laid out and enough room to move freely.  There was a conference & (our reason to be there) the lobby was "grand central station" buzzing, noisy and full of energy.  Great layout for a meeting place. Only complaint is the inconvenience of being sent from one tower to next for luggage storage and having to go to the business office in another area of the hotel for service of print outs.  The place is huge so to provide the basic/common services needed in a central location like the lobby as expected and implied would be a plu...

San Francisco: Golden Gate Bridge

“Wonderful Views & Fort” “Wonderful Views & Fort”  Even if you have no need to cross the golden gate bridge sure to pause and take in the view including Alcatraz. If possible go on the ferry and get a close up of both. There's a Fort close to the bridge which is really cool to stroll around and take pictures. San Francisco: Golden Gate Bridge

Fisherman's Wharf

“Super Cool Area ” Great  “Super Cool Area ”  area don't miss it.  Lots of restaurants, shopping and specialty stores. Including fudge, Gelato and McDonald's if you must. The "fast outdoor" seafood area is super cool get a fresh seafood fried, steamed or raw and take a stroll and check out the seals. BTW I got my souvenirs across the street lots to choose from. San Francisco: Fisherman's Wharf

Benihana

“Good Lunch ” “Good Lunch ”  We made reservations for lunch and didn't have to wait. (It was not busy at the time). The service was good, quick and friendly. My son and I spent about $50 for lunch.  I recommend lunch as opposed to dinner unless it's a special occasion. You just get a better value for your money at lunch time.  It's worth it and cool for kids to watch their meal come together before their eyes.  Good lunch and great convenience location wise for those of us west of I75. Miramar: Benihana

La Caretta

“Very Busy ”   “Very Busy ”  A group of us went for breakfast (5) the service was a bit slow and impersonal.  Busy and noisy. The food was good when it arrived and we were not rushed to leave.  The waitress became more personal engaged because my brother went out of his way to "engage" her.  I gave it 4 stars, I've been to several locations, and overall I would recommend it. The food is usually good: pastries and some juices are fresh, great Cuban coffee.  The outside window service area is also a plus for "quick" service. More cafeteria style atmosphere/service in spite of the restaurant layout and seating. Miramar: La Caretta

Berry Fresh Cafe

“Real Greek Yogurt!” “Real Greek Yogurt!” Everyone was happy with their sugary breakfast. Which consisted of everything from cheesecake to breakfast sandwiches, lattes and hot chocolates. All of which seemed pretty fresh. I expected a sweet parfait and was pleasantly surprised with my real Greek yogurt and fruit. Nice variety and cool easy atmosphere. Great option to avoid the long wait at nearby restaurants. Jupiter: Berry Fresh Cafe

Drury Inn & Suites Orlando

Drury Inn & Suites Orlando The room was spacious and clean. We had a great Arial view of highway and the "eye". The beds were comfy, and I could smell "fresh". I would recommend this location however, if you need to drive it is a high traffic area in the heart of everything (food, highway, and not far from various attractions). Friendly welcoming staff, full breakfast, popcorn and drinks were available in the lobby. We stayed one night and was out for the evening so I can't speak on drink coupon which was a nice option. Room Tip:  We were on the 7th facing the highway great view especially at night.  Orlando: Drury Inn & Suites Orlando

Can Can

“Very Unique ” “Very Unique ” This is a pretty cool place for desserts and drinks. Wide open airy and casual.  My brother had sweet potato fries and a great stout. The menu is hugh (we both had dinner earlier)!! I had an alcoholic ginger beer which was pleasant and milder than the regular nonalcoholic I usually have. The cookie plate dessert was just right for the moment.  Very petite portion, the mini hot chocolate it came with was the star of the show.  Go if you're able get there, I wouldn't suggest going out of your way to get there. It is unique. Richmond: Can Can Brasserie

Tobacco Company Restaurant Club

“So Comforting for a Solo After Flight Dinner” So Comforting for a Solo After Flight Dinner Alone or with friends I recommend this one! Good portions, good options, great atmosphere. My salmon and Brussel sprouts were perfectly done. I also had fried yellow tomatoes which I also enjoyed. It was pleasant and cozy, I sat on the second floor which gave me the benefit of a view of the restaurant. I was early for my reservation and they did accommodate me. Great location across from the Omni Richmond Downtown.  By the way the rolls and butter yum mmmmmy!!! In the area? Go! Richmond: Tobacco Company Restaurant and Club

Mojo Donuts

Soooo yummy Soooo yummy.  Do yourself a favor and skip the "chain" donut shop. This place is a definate treat.   I ate the whole thing and took six others home. If you study your options (online menu) before you get there you won't be as puzzled as I was the 1st time I went!! Just go you won't be sorry. Hollywood: Mojo Donuts

Cracker Barrel

“French Toast Undercooked” “French Toast Undercooked” To be honest neither breakfast nor Cracker Barrel are my favorites.  I gave two stars for service and prompt attention.  My muffin was stale and hard as rock. My son's French toast was undercooked.  Muffin was replaced. However, the overall atmosphere, and presentation of food were not appealing. I added one more star, the eggs were perfect as requested and fruit yogurt were fine.  To be objective it may have been lack of judgement on the part of the particular waitress and cook on staff at the moment to serve undercooked and stale food.  The loud environment comes with the style of the location which was the least of my problem. My biggest concern is that we don’t get sick! Cracker Barrel

Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine

“Solid, Soild & Solid!” “Solid, Soild & Solid!” I /we've been going for years. I give it 95%, lunch, dinner, drinks even just sandwiches with my son. Solid good experience at a great price. Pembroke Pines location. I would recommend! Pembroke Pines: Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine

"Cafe Du Monde”

"Cafe Du Monde” First impression ignored and invisible, we came in, found a table and watched as others were cleaned & served before us including those that came after. The beignets were fine on a scale of 1-10 they are 7. Ok, historical, visit if you can but don't go out of your way for terrible service and Ok beignets. Come in walk around take a look & eat elsewhere. Maybe buy a tee shirt. New Orleans: Cafe Du Monde
